"I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love. For me they are the role model for being alive." - Gilda Radner

This is our "BRAG" page...since the arrival of Nicholas (the human baby) dog shows have been few, but when we manage to get out, we usually make it count!

June 23rd and 24th, our "brown thing" comes out to play for the very first time and does it in style! On Saturday she went reserve, and does even better on Sunday by winning BOS over a special for a 3 point major (she just turned one year old) Very are so proud and thrilled with the wild child for behaving perfectly on both days.

We are continuing our winning streak! At the Hampton,Va shows Ahlia wins 2 of the 3 majors and now has 14 points towards her championship. What a great Memorial Weekend indeed!

We were all smiles on May 19th 2007: Ahlia wins her first major and Vincent finishes his Championship! He is now Champion Windswept Beyond Braggadocios!

We had a particular good weekend on April 28th and 29th; Ahlia was WB and BOS on Saturday, and again on Sunday for a total of 4 points, Vincent was BW on Sunday and garnered a BBE Group 2. His brother Christopher had some incredible outings as well by going Group 2 and 3 that weekend and then topping off his accomplishments by going GROUP 1 twice the next weekend.

April 20th, Vincent's brother Christopher went Best of Opposite Sex at the National Capitol Bearded Collie Specialty over an entry of 190.

February 24th, Mike (Briarpatch Who's Next) wins BEST ADULT in match in Hagerstown MD.  Congratulations also to Anna Gracie and her beautiful puppy Raven for their Puppy Herding Group 1. Raven is only 4 month old, and this was her very first outing!

February 20th, Izzy gave us three beautiful pups!

February 13th, Ch. Briarpatch Top That goes to Westminster.

November 11th and 12th, Vincent continues his winning ways by going Best of Winners both days at the Salisbury/ Mispillion shows.

Since late August we only went to 6 dogs shows and Vincent won Best of Winners 6 times and went Breed twice!

September 30/October 1st: Vincent wins Best of Breed from the classes both days at the Warrenton and Old Dominion Shows. Many thanks for all the nice compliments he received ringside!

September 2006, new pictures of Archibald are up. Check out the handsome dude.

Dog shows don't get better than this: Vincent comes out to play after a 6 month hiatus (he stayed home to grow hair and brain) at the Talbot Kennel Club show on  Saturday 8/19/06 and garners 2 points and then tops the weekend off with another point on Sunday.

But more thrilling than Vincent's achievement is what his brother Ch. Briarpatch Top That managed to accomplish...drum roll please...Christopher, handled by 12 year old Anna Gracie, took the Group on Saturday! Christopher just started out as a special and hit the circuit running. Needless to say, plenty of happy tears were shed ringside!

Briarpatch Who's Next (owned and loved by my friend and mentor Lucy Campbell-Gracie) makes his depute on 8/12/06 at the Harrisburg Kennel Club shows in in typical Briarpatch fashion. He wins the Puppy Group at 6 month and 1 day old and tops his success the very next day going WD for his first 2 points. Congratulations!
