General Term and Conditions

A.  You qualify for a refund or credit for another puppy only for reasons and in the manner stated herein.

B.   If you are eligible for and select a refund under these warranties, Windswept will refund your puppy’s full purchase price by check within 14 days of receipt of all documentation substantiating your claim.

C.   If you choose another puppy from Windswept which has a price greater than the amount of your credit, you must pay the difference. If the new puppy has a price less than your credit, you will be refunded by check within 14 days of the transaction.

D.  Windswept evaluates puppies as possible show prospects in terms of their appearance of abilities at 6-8 weeks of age but cannot guarantee the actual outcome of their performance.

E.   The warranties concerning health, life, and condition are limited as expressed. Windswept is not responsible for any payments of veterinarian’s fees for examination, drugs, x-ray, laboratory testing or any other treatment unless agreed to by Windswept in writing prior to such services.

F.    If you are eligible for and select a refund or credit under the provisions of this warranty, you must return any registration application documents for this puppy that have been transferred to you. You must also assign any and all documents back to Windswept before refund or credit will be issued to you.

G.  No puppy will be covered by this warranty unless the kennel name Windswept is used in the registered name.

H.   This warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the dog is sold or placed.

 I.    Windswept does not ship puppies!
